VI Course on Quantitative Proteomics organised by the Proteomics Lab of the Centro Nacional de Biotecnología of CSIC (CNB-CSIC) will take place next 23 to 27 May 2016.
This course aims to offer an exhaustive theoretical and practical overview of some of the most demanded experimental approaches in differential proteomics. Experimental techniques such as isobaric and non-isobaric differential isotopic labelling of complex samples (distinct labelling reagents such as ICPL or iTRAQ will be used), combined with analysis of the samples using liquid chromatography-based fractionation coupled to mass spectrometry, will be compared. Targeted proteomic approaches (multiple reaction monitoring or MRM) will be also included.
Theoretical and practical classes will be combined to uncover the full potential of these techniques. The course will be in Spanish (slides used in the different presentations have been prepared in English).
