The CNB-CSIC organises the 8th Introduction to Research Course for students in their final years of university studies. Participants must be currently enrolled as university students. The course is designed for qualified and highly motivated students, willing to pursue a career in science research and who would like to contact the scientists at the CNB.
The aim of the course is to give participants the opportunity to approach one of the leading research centres in the country and discover, hand by hand with the researchers, the cutting-edge science which is done at its labs.
The course will last four weeks (100 teaching hours; 25 per week) and will take place from 1 to 29 July 2022 (except for the place associated with the Biocomputing laboratory, which can be extended until 31 August).
Four students will be selected from all applications on the basis of academic merit and motivation letter.
To participate in the course, it is necessary to fill in the registration form (see below). Please do not forget to attach your transcript of records and a letter of motivation in English (maximum 1500 characters). You should also indicate the two lines of research you are most interested in out of the four offered.
