SERVICE DESCRIPTION
The objectives of the facility are the production of protein tools, in particular monoclonal antibodies, the design of immunoassays and the study of biomolecular interactions.
The Unit offers:
Technical and methodological support in Immunobiology.
Design and implementation of strategies for immunization, production of immunogens and analysis of animal immune responses.
Production and characterization of polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies.
Design and production of IgG fusion proteins.
Purification and labeling of enzymes and antibodies.
Development of immunoassays for antigen detection and quantification in biological fluids. Pharmacokinetics studies.
Development of new technologies and production of reagents based on the needs of the different research groups.
Characterization of biomolecular interactions in real time, using a Biacore 3000 biosensor robot.
Determination of kinetic and affinity constants. Support for analysis.
Technical and methodological support in Immunobiology.
