Please find attached a pdf file summarizing the program of the VIII Course on Quantitative Proteomics, that will take place in the Proteomics Core Facility of the Centro Nacional de Biotecnología-CSIC (http://www.cnb.csic.es/index.php/es/investigacion/servicios-cientificos/proteomica). This course aims to offer an exhaustive theoretical and practical overview of some of the most demanded experimental approaches in differential proteomics. From 11th to 15th of june, in the CNB-CSIC, experimental techniques such as isobaric and non-isobaric differential isotopic labeling of complex samples (distinct labeling reagents such as ICPL or iTRAQ will be used), combined with analysis of the samples using liquid chromatography-based fractionation coupled to mass spectrometry, will be compared.  Targeted proteomic approaches (multiple reaction monitoring or MRM) will be also included. Theoretical and practical classes will be combined to uncover the full potential of these techniques. Classes will be in spanish (slides used in the different presentations have been prepared in english).
