The Spanish National Centre for Biotechnology (CNB-CSIC), located in Madrid, is the strategic centre of the National Research Council (CSIC) to focus on academic research and technology transfer in biotechnology.

We do so by working closely together with governments and the business community.

Our researchers are active around the globe and about 20 % of our researches are coming from abroad. Inherent to the institute is the highly qualified personnel and the state-of-the-art facilities.
